Plans provided for New Construction, Remodels, Additions or any other projects that require a building permit are full sets. These sets typically include:
 

	Site Plan
	Floor plan
	Foundation Plan
	Floor Framing Plan
	Roof Framing Plan
	Electrical Plan
	Details and Sections
	And more as required for job

 

Unless otherwise specified, all plan sets are suitable for submission for acquisition of building permits.

Finished plans are provided to the client as 24" x 36" sets (usually 3 sets).
Upon request, plans can be delivered in other sizes (i.e. 8.5" x 11", 11" x 17", etc.).
Plans may also be provided as digital files (i.e PDF, DWF, etc.).

Many of the construction projects that we get involved with require the expertise and certification of a licensed engineer. We work closely with engineers that can provide these services. If these services are necessary, we can put you in contact with the engineers and work with them to insure that your project meets all structual requirements. Any engineering cost are negotiated directly between the client and the engineer and are separate from any fees charged by KKB Enterprises.
